Job Summary

· Work cooperatively with customer service/sales to provide solutions for clients’ needs and resolve issues

· Manage customer and driver expectations to align with operational capabilities

· Respond to customers efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally

· Enters data into various systems accurately and efficiently

· Others duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

· Transportation/Trucking industry experience preferred.

· Ideal candidate will possess a “can-do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic

· 2-3 years related experience

· Knowledge of computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suites.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and demands.

· Ability to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision.

· Knowledge of Oregon and Washington area geography preferred.

· Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette capabilities

· Organizational & Time Management skills required.

· Self-motivated problem-solver with strong desire to meet customer needs

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Desire for a long-term career with an industry leading company

· Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast paced environment

· Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
