After another full day of snow removal and cleanup, Portland Container Repair has deemed the yard still unsafe for operations. The yard will be closed Friday, January 13th, 2017. Snow removal and cleanup efforts will continue through the weekend, and it is our expectation that we will resume full operations on Monday. Our drayage and trucking division will re-open on January 13, 2017, with a full staff. We are expecting some delays and very tight capacity as we work through the backlog created by the snow storm. Many of the container yards in the Portland Metro Area will remain closed through the 13th. This will affect our ability to work containers moving through those facilities.
